Working Principle 5 Gallon Filling Machine
- Conveyor Positioning
Empty drums are conveyed along the conveyor track to the filling station, where a mechanical positioning device aligns and securely clamps the drum to ensure precise alignment between the drum opening and the filling nozzle. - Empty Drum Detection
Photoelectric sensors continuously monitor the station for empty drums. If no drum is detected, the filling program automatically prevents startup to avoid liquid waste caused by filling an empty drum. - Sealed Filling
