Structure Automatic Labeling Machine

Automatic labeling equipment Working Principle
The bottles are smoothly fed into the machine via a conveyor chain. After bottle sorting and alignment, they reach the labeling station. The label roll is mounted on the label dispenser, and the machine automatically pulls the label and cuts it to the preset length; the cut label is then spread open and applied directly to the designated position on the bottle.
The labeled bottles continue forward onto the conveyor and enter the steam heat-shrink chamber, where high-temperature steam causes the PVC labels to shrink uniformly under heat, adhering tightly to the bottle surface. The bottles, now fully shrunk, are discharged by the conveyor mechanism. The entire system relies on an electronic control system to coordinate the synchronized operation of bottle feeding, label feeding, labeling, and heat shrinking, thereby achieving continuous, automated labeling.
